Below is a conservation report which we wrote back in 2012.
This "Marriage" chair made by Carlo Bugatti (father of the man who founded the famous car manufacturer) was in a bit of a sorry state when we collected it from our customer in Edinburgh.
Photographs and notes were taken during the conservation work and this report was produced with physical copies made to go with the chair to auction.
