With Government advice changing we have amended our procedures to ensure any collection and delivery of your furniture limits or completely eliminates personal contact.
When we deliver your furniture, we will leave it in a safe place outside your property and wait at a safe distance or inside our nearby vehicle until the furniture has been taken inside. We will either make a courtesy phone call or ring the door bell to alert you to their arrival at a pre-arranged delivery time.
Similar arrangements have been put in place for any customer deliveries and collections at our workshop.
We hope this situation resolves quickly and we can return to our usual service soon.
It's business as usual here at fraus with a few minor adjustments as a precaution.
The vast majority of our estimates can be provided via email rather than a face to face visit. Therefore we ask that you attach several photographs alongside your enquiry so that we may provide an estimate electronically. Where this is not possible or a closer inspection of the piece is required, we can wear protective items during our visit to optimise safety. This option is also available when collecting and delivering items.
